Technical Data Sheet Type: PEARLBOND? ECO 590 is a linear, aromatic bio-polyurethane based on specialty polyol from renewable sources, supplied in form of white spherical granules, with an extremely high crystallization rate and a very high thermoplasticity level. It contains 67% of renewable material as certified according to ASTMD6866. Uses: Powder, pellet Melt Flow Index (170? C / 2.16 Kg) 30–60 g/10 min ISO 1133 *These are typical values & should not be used for establishing specifications. APPLICATIONS PEARLBOND? ECO 590 can be added to formulations of REACTIVE POLYURETHANE HOT-MELTS (HMPUR), in order to improve the crystallization speed. STORAGE PEARLBOND? ECO 590 must be stored in a cool (15–25?C) and environment prior to being processed. Standard practice of consuming resin on first-in first-out basis should be employed.
